Delete Your Enerium Account

App: Enerium · Developer: Enerium Health

You can delete your Enerium account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and removes your personal data from our systems. Choose one of the two options below.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. 1Open the Enerium app on your device and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. 2Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your profile.
  3. 3Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap "Delete Account".
  5. 5Read the on-screen warning, then confirm by tapping "Delete Account" again. The action is permanent.

Option 2 — Email us a deletion request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email.

  1. 1Send an email to info@enerium.health from the email address registered to your Enerium account.
  2. 2Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  3. 3In the body of the message, include your full name and the email associated with the account so we can verify ownership.
  4. 4We will confirm the request within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Email info@enerium.health

Data that will be deleted

Once your request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our production systems:

  • Profile information (name, email, date of birth, gender, height, weight, goals).
  • Nutrition logs (meals, calories, macros, photos uploaded to Vision AI).
  • Fitness and activity data stored on Enerium servers (workouts, steps, distance, calories burned).
  • Hydration logs and reminders.
  • Body measurements and progress photos.
  • AI personalization data, meal plans, recipes saved to your account.
  • Device identifiers, push tokens, and in-app preferences linked to your account.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be kept after account deletion, either because it is no longer tied to your identity or because the law requires us to retain it:

  • Anonymized and aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you (used to improve the service).
  • Records required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — kept only for the period required by applicable law (typically up to 6 years for billing records).
  • Data already shared with third-party health platforms you connected (Apple Health, Google Fit) — you must remove this from those platforms directly, per their own policies.

Retention periods

  • Account & health data: deleted from live systems within 30 days of a confirmed request.
  • Encrypted backups: purged within 90 days as backups rotate.
  • Billing & legal records: retained for the period required by law (typically up to 6 years), then permanently destroyed.
  • Anonymized analytics: may be retained indefinitely since they cannot be linked to you.
