The water reminder that doesn't make you mute notifications.

Every health app pings you to drink water. Most do it on a fixed schedule, regardless of whether you have already had four glasses. Enerium pings only when the math says you need to.

A goal that fits the day

The daily goal is calculated from your weight, your activity and the climate side of things you tell us once. On a quiet desk day it stays moderate. On a long run it adjusts up. You can override the number whenever you like — the app trusts you.

Reminders that escalate, not nag

Quiet morning

If you are on track, you get a gentle reminder once or twice. That is it. No vibration avalanche.

Midday catch-up

Falling behind by lunch? The next reminder is sharper, with the gap to your goal written in plain numbers.

Afternoon escalation

Still behind by 4 pm? The reminder explains how much water and how much time is left before you would meaningfully under-drink for the day.

Late save

Evening warnings are concrete. One last refill before sleep, and you save the streak without flooding yourself at midnight.

Logging that takes one tap

Three quick-add buttons cover most pours — small glass, big glass, bottle. Each tap shrinks the day’s gap. The home-screen widget shows progress at a glance, so you never have to open the app just to log a sip.

Tied into the rest of your day

Hydration data syncs with Apple Health and Google Fit, feeds back into the analytics screen, and counts toward weekly progress streaks. If you trained hard yesterday, the reminder schedule will be a touch more attentive today.
