How it works
From the first photo to a working weekly plan, in about ten minutes.
A short, honest walkthrough of using Enerium. No tutorial videos, no pop-ups, no gamified onboarding that costs you twenty minutes before you can log lunch.
Step 1
Set your goal
Pick fat loss, muscle gain, recomp or maintenance. Enerium uses Mifflin-St Jeor with your weight, height, age and activity to set a starting calorie and macro target. You can override anything.
Step 2
Log a meal in one tap
Open the camera, point at your plate, hit shutter. Vision AI identifies the dish, suggests a portion, and writes calories, protein, carbs and fats to your day. Manual entry is still there if you want it.
Step 3
Stock your virtual fridge
Add a few of the ingredients already in your kitchen. Photo, barcode or quick search. Five minutes once, then small updates as you shop.
Step 4
Generate a weekly meal plan
Tap “plan my week.” The AI builds seven days of meals around your calorie target and your fridge. The shopping list contains only what is missing.
Step 5
Track hydration in the background
A daily water goal scales to your weight and your training. Reminders escalate only when you are behind a rolling pace, so they stay useful.
Step 6
Review weekly, adjust monthly
Every Sunday, Enerium summarises your trend weight, average calories, adherence and hydration. Every four weeks, calorie targets recalibrate based on real movement, not the original guess.
Try it on your own kitchen
Free on the App Store. The diary, hydration tracker, calorie counter and analytics are free; Vision AI, the meal planner and smart fridge unlock with Premium.
