Lean bulks fail for two reasons. People either eat too little because tracking gets tedious, or too much because the surplus is set carelessly. Both problems are tooling problems, not motivation problems.
The right surplus
Enerium defaults to 8–12% above maintenance for muscle gain — usually 200–350 kcal. Small enough that fat gain stays minimal. Big enough that the scale moves over four-week windows.
Protein, anchored properly
We anchor protein to body weight: 1.6–2.2 g per kilogram. The meal planner builds days that hit it without you stacking chicken breast on every plate. If you eat plant-based, the model knows where to add tofu, lentils and supplemented protein.
Training fits inside
Workout sync from Apple Health and Google Fit pulls in resistance sessions automatically. Enerium adjusts hydration on training days and surfaces protein status before bed if you are short.
Reassess every four weeks
If trend weight is stuck for three weeks, calories go up by 150. If it is moving too fast, they come down. The point is to keep gains lean without micro-managing.
